Vogue.com's Fashion's Night In - Online Shopping Has Never Looked So Good

I'm a HUGE online shopping fan. I've worked at several e-tailers, have a fanatical obsession with the look, layout and usability of almost every site I go on, and most of all, I think I like shopping online more than *gasp* regular shopping, which is why I'm so excited about Vogue.com's Fashion's Night In on November 1st.

We've had Vogue's Fashion Night Out, which looked amazing - shopping while being treated to drinks and canap├ęs, live entertainment, exclusive offers, personal appearance and amazing parties - what could be better? How about staying at home while shopping? What's better than sitting at home delving through pages and pages of gorgeous clothes, outfits and every accessory you can think of, without have to deal with crowds, pushy shop assistants, trying things on in cramped changing rooms (while trying to stop the deranged toddler who's running around opening everyone's curtains and exposing you to the world) we've all been there, finding the perfect item hanging in it's wrong place (obviously the one you found is either 3 sizes to big or small!), or most of all having to get dressed (being able to shop in pjs with a glass of wine and some cake is a huge pro for online shopping, let's face it).

Everyone who's everyone is involved in Fashion's Night In, from my favourite high fashion big hitters like net-a-porter, My-Wardrobe, Browns, Matches and Selfridges, to high street staples asos, Topshop, French Connection and Joy, not to mention Wildfox (Nepotism!? How very dare you!). As well as great online stores getting involved and giving you discounts, giveaways, offers, freebies, competitions, on hand stylists and bloggers, and online exclusives, everything is also for a good cause. Each retailer has pledged a different amount to KidsCompany (the Vogue charity of choice), so you can rest easy that you're credit card is doing good as well as bad!

So get involved, support the fashion industry, e-commerce, KidsCo and most of all your poor, poor AW wardrobe - don't you think it's deserves some new items! I'll see you in the virtual changing rooms (that's twitter, right?).
